Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Full Refund: If a refund is requested within 2 hours of payment and before our administrative team has initiated the processing of your application.

Partial Refund: If the service has been initiated but the submission to the authority has not yet been finalized, a partial refund may be issued, minus a processing fee of 15%.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Once an application has been successfully submitted to the relevant postal or regulatory authority, the service is considered "delivered," and fees are non-refundable.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (e.g., PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
